i found the staff quite friendly and professional. the location is central, convenient for walking to many attractions. my room was clean and i appreciated the modern style of the hotel.

The triple room was spacious. Many charging ports were near the beds. Breakfast options provided a good start to the day. The WiFi connection performed reliably in the room and the heating maintained a comfortable temperature .
The reception area was somewhat difficult to locate initially.

clean room cosy room great location missing parking additional fees noisy night
The location was great. I walked easily from the train station. The room was clean and cosy. I only missed a hairdryer. I did not bring my own, though.
The hotel did not have parking. I had to pay additional fees elsewhere. It was very noisy throughout the night. It was quite hard to relax!

My room was very small. It felt cramped. the air conditioning didn't work well, so the room was too hot. it made sleep difficult.

free wifi warm atmosphere
i found free wifi worked fine throughout the building. the cafe downstairs had a warm atmosphere and communal facilities, like a cool living room.

extra pillow bacon sandwich excellent housekeeping
The team offered an extra pillow and a quieter room at the back. I have spinal issues. The cafe has a great sausage and bacon sandwich and delicious hot chocolate, I am so grateful! Housekeeping does a fantastic job. I really appreciated this service. Free unlimited parking for blue badge holders exists on Arley Street.

The location to the town centre is just 200 yards away and easy to access by bus. It also is close to the Iranian restaurant. I really enjoyed that. I could walk to the railway station.
